Great experience from start to finish. Kara and Amber up front are always welcoming and helpful with any questions I might have throughout the records process. Jean has a great personality and always make you feel comfortable. Dr. Reichley is very informative and up front during the process to not only make your smile look better but your dental health and functionality better. Does very detailed work and takes his time making sure everything is done correctly.

I have the worst fear of dentists after a series of bad experiences with them. Finally had to cave and head in because a damaged tooth was slicing my tongue up and causing problems. Dr. Reichley and his staff were super supportive about my anxiety and took plenty of time to make sure I was comfortable and didn't have any questions. I will be returning to this office in the future, hopefully with a lot less anxiety.

I was referred to Coastal by a friend and I am not disappointed. The staff is incredibly friendly and personable. During my initial consultation they interviewed me to ask about my prior dental health to understand what my dental goals are. My hygienist is Michelle Wakeman and I highly recommend her.

From my very first phone call everyone has been wonderful. Alicia was so warm and really cares about my needs. Dr. Reichley was the same. This is the first time in my life I feel really excited about getting my mouth healthy and having a nice smile!! Can't wait to start the process with you all!!!! Thank you so much!!

If you are a big advocate for your own health and want a dental office that makes you feel involved in your care, this is your place! I was seen for the first time by their practice yesterday and while my first visit was a long one I felt great leaving with a bunch of information and knowledge I was never aware of! The staff is all great, accommodating and personable!

Staff is exceptionally friendly, professional, and efficient. Technology is all front-edge. I have had a LOT of dental work in my life, and this practice provides the most thorough cleaning, exams, and treatment that I've ever experienced.

Every dental appointment we've had here has been wonderful for my entire family. Even the kids enjoy it. Every receptionist and hygienist and Dr. Reichley have all been so kind, knowledgable, and helpful. We highly recommend this office!

Hands down, Coastal is the best dental practice I have ever had. The ladies up front are super helpful. Shout out to Michelle for being so kind and great at what she does. The entire staff exceeds expectations. Dr Reichley can not be beat. Best dude ever. Long story short, I am 37 and have been uncomfortable at the dentist for as long as I can remember. I never took great care of my teeth and have tried a few different practices. I had an emergency root canal/crown procedure done at another practice by Dr. Reichley. I thought man I have had fillings with other dentists before that were way more uncomfortable than that root canal and crown procedure done by Dr Reichley. Later on I came back for another procedure but Dr Reichley was gone and after that procedure is when I realized just how good of a dentist Dr Reichley was. I hopped on the google machine and found Dr Reichley at Coastal. Never have I ever felt good about my teeth until now. I can’t begin to describe my feelings over the direction we’re heading correcting and fixing my years of neglect. Very thankful.

I have been very happy with Coastal Cosmetic Dentistry! Their staff is the best. Courteous, knowledgeable and kind! All of the work I’ve had done has been superior!! Truly!!! I also truly enjoy going there! Who knew you could hear people laughing at your dentist’s office? Dr. Reichley is outstanding and caring! Can’t get better! I’d give them 10 stars if I could!

Awesome experience I have had so far, and without a doubt I am sure it will continue. Very professional place. I have not had dental work done in quite some time, so I was EXTREMELY nervous coming into this process. Coastal Cosmetic & Implant Dentistry met and exceeded all of my expectations!! Dr. Sinclair is an artist, his work is beautiful, and his knowledge and compassion for dentistry and his patients is beyond compare. Everyone is very personable and professional with brilliant beautiful smiles and they go out of their way to listen to your needs/wants and accomplish the goals that you have. I especially want to thank Sydney and Ashley who took their time explaining things to me and making sure I was comfortable and supported throughout the process to get my veneers. I would highly recommend this practice for any dental needs!!!

On a scale of 1-10, Coastal General Dentistry is a 12! The entire team operates with the highest degree of professionalism and knowledge. Their scheduling and reminder system is stellar. In the past, I’ve been a reluctant and somewhat apprehensive dental patient. They have overcome all of my reluctance to practice proper preventive and ongoing dental hygiene. Thank you!

I’ve been coming to Coastal for over 10 years. Dr. Sinclair uses state of the art imagery and dentistry equipment I’ve not found anywhere else. My cosmetic veneers are gorgeous and have withstood my grinding and wear. I’ve invested in two previous cosmetic sets with other dentists that ultimately cracked and failed. Dr. Sinclair is truly a master of his craft.

I am always so happy to go to see Dr. Cappy Sinclair and all of his staff! Usually dental appointments are not very liked by many, however, he and his staff are excellent! This is to include when you first walk in the office and you are pleasantly greeted by the two staff who are always so helpful, thank you! To then proceed to your appointment. I have been suffering through multiple problems with my teeth for many years and my past dentists seemed to just mask the issues by giving temporary fixes only to have the problems keep coming back. Almost immediately after becoming a patient of Dr. Sinclair, he identified the main cause and quickly started a treatment plan to prioritize and fix my problems permanently. While his knowledge of modern dentistry and his ability to communicate it to his patients is impressive, the real bonus is his excellent chairside manner and caring attitude!

Everyone is so friendly and they make you feel so welcome. On top of that they are extremely informative about procedures adding an extra level of comfort to the experience. I've never had a fear of going to the dentist, but if you do I recommend you try out Coastal General Dentistry because they'll help you throw that fear out the window.

Late one night, well after eating supper, I realized that I had cracked one of my molars. I had a business trip to DC the next morning that called for a 5:30 AM departure. I managed to keep the tooth in place throughout the day but knowing I had to leave again the following day for a more lengthy business trip, I contacted Dr Sinclair to see if there was any way to fit me into his schedule upon my return from DC, early that same evening. He did and upon doing as much, he not only prepped my broken tooth but replaced it with a new crown, that fits perfectly, all within about 1.5 hours. Somehow he managed to drill, sand, give me a shot and make me a new tooth, all without any unmanageable pain. The worst of it was a quick prick of the needle. He is truly, "The Painless Dentist"

Have you ever been excited to visit a Dental Office? I have and it’s all thanks to Dr. Sinclair and his awesome team. I am one of those people who dreaded visiting a dentist but everyone here makes your visit utterly delightful. I have trusted this practice for over 2 years now. Everyone at this practice is extremely helpful and knowledgeable which makes your experience truly amazing. They are highly professional and very friendly at the same time. Their office is always clean and equipped with latest equipments. Melissa and Miranda are both great dental hygienists and are very thorough at what they do. Bianca and Jaime are always great at what they do and they make your visit so comfortable. Lindsay is always awesome, they all are. Dr. Sinclair is extremely knowledgeable, soft-spoken, and very pleasant to work with. They really make you feel like a valued customer by providing a great service. They all look like they love what they do and that’s what makes all the difference.
